The owner lives at the far end of the land and is available for any questions you might have. No pets as the owner has a dog and cat on the property. Street parking is available. The entry stairway descends through tropical forest to arrive at my home. As you walk through the gate one first encounters an enclosed Zen garden leading down to the pool area and house. My home is not handicapped accessible as there are stairs. 

One can walk to the beach which is about a 15 minute walk. Or via taxi which is available 24 hours a day.
